Matthew Voelpel

Matthew Voelpel graduated from Hofstra University's Maurice A. Deane School of Law in 2010 and joined the firm, then Valdebenito & Associates, PC, in October of that year. He has been a partner since January 2023.

He comes from a family with a long history in construction, and that experience shapes his work with injured workers: construction accidents, premises injuries, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and nursing homes.
