César Valdebenito

César Valdebenito was born in Chile. In 1972 his family emigrated to the United States and settled in an immigrant neighborhood, in a home where Spanish was spoken and the traditions of their country were kept.

He saw the difficulties many immigrants faced because of language and cultural barriers, and decided to help his community navigate the legal system. He graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995 and has been admitted to practice in New York since 1996.

He began his practice at a firm serving mainly the Hispanic community. Today he handles accident and negligence cases and works with his clients directly in Spanish.
