SLIP AND FALL
A "slip and fall" occurs when a person falls to the ground, sidewalk, stairs, or any surface at a location or premises and suffers a physical injury.
Many of these types of accidents can be the result of an uneven floor, poor lighting, a slippery floor, or a warning sign that is not seen. For example, a hole that is covered with a carpet.
