Josefa had left her home very early in the morning on her way to the office. It was a very special morning for her, especially since she was driving her new car for the first time. The worst part of this accident is that the man who hit the young Hispanic woman was driving without insurance. The obvious question is, who will pay for the young woman's medical expenses and where will she get the money to pay her debts?
